Risians were a humanoid species native to the planet Risa in the Beta Quadrant. Physically Risians resembled Humans with the main distinguishing feature a mark on their foreheads.
Risian culture was known for being sexually liberal. The horga'hn was a symbol for fertility and displaying a statue of it could signify an individuals interest in partaking in the experience of jamaharon.[1]
